Call Planning and Adherence Tool

At the recently concluded PMSA meeting at Miami, Florida - Value Edge recently presented a poster on its Call Planning adherence tool. Value Edge proposes a three level exercise for designing superior call planning These 3 levels will incorporate segmentation, call allocation and call sequencing. With a tool to measure call adherence, it allows our clients to not only do the right type of planning but also to track and implement the plan. Unlike other approaches, the Value Edge call planning adherence tool places the sales rep where he should be - at the center of the call planning process and gives him control with a reasonably sophisticated analytic tool to enable him track progress within a call cycle and also previous cycles.
