The Challenge
Our client, a US based pharma consulting company, needed to find payor policies for a speciality drug across the top 100+ private and government payors in order to build a payor segmentation model. The company had been doing the work in the past using their internal team

Our Deliverable
Our team screened the websites of all payors and other public sources to obtain payor level data including policy documentation, prior authorization forms, and newsletters. The payor policy data or PA forms were sent separately to the client and for each payor, VE completed the client determined template with a scoring to segment the payor. The client saved several weeks of analyst level work, quality checked and proofed by us. Turnaround time was within 12 days including multiple quality checks, development of 100+ slides and FTP uploads of all source documents
