Trainee Analyst / Analyst / Senior Analyst

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Conduct pro-active research, using primary and secondary information sources, and provide insight on industry trends, industry drivers and processes, key players and competitive environment.
• Produce a range of analysis work, from high-level single frames to detailed reports, to support our client's strategic decisions on industries, companies and emerging business topics.
• Continuously develop and hone his / her knowledge on the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry and generate original ideas for research and analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with key experts in the industry and key account teams to build expertise, gain awareness of our client's competition and understand our customer needs better
• Coaching and mentoring new recruits (Analysts/Sr Analysts)
• Engaging with clients during kick-off meetings, interim outputs and presentation of final deliverables (Analysts/Sr Analysts)
• Take up "stretch assignments" to develop new capabilities of service and products (Analysts/Sr Analysts)

Skills Required

• Ability to respond to client requests with professionalism and independence
• Excellent in secondary research methodologies and excellent in gathering and synthesizing information. Ability to interpret key insights from data
• Excellent communication & language
• Strong expertise in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector, both from a business and technology standpoint
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Educational Background

• B. Pharm., M. Pharm, BSc/Msc Biotechnology, B.Tech Biotechnology, MBA (Pharma/Biotech)
• Trainee Analyst: 0 - 6 months, Analyst: 6 months - 2 years, Sr Analyst: 2 - 4 years
• Background and experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences analytics is mandatory for Analysts/Sr. Analysts. Enthusiastic fresh graduates from any background who are ready to learn about pharmaceutical industry are welcome for the position of Trainee Analysts.
