Rohit Anand
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Rohit has 17 years of strategic marketing, market development and business development across India, Europe and the US with blue-chip bio pharma. His areas of functional expertise include market pre-launch and launch management, competitive intelligence and performance management. He has previously worked as Director Market and Business development for Biogen Idec in India, as Director Global Marketing Oncology with Sanofi-Aventis in France, and in positions of increasing responsibility with Amgen International in Switzerland and Ranbaxy Laboratories in India. Rohit has an MBA from INSEAD, France, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business from the Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Delhi University. Rupesh Mor
Co-Founder and Director, Sales Analytics
Rupesh has around 10 years of management experience, the last 5 of which have been in cutting edge Pharma sales analytic solutions with MarketRx/Cognizant including predictive & mathematical modeling. Rupesh's functional expertise includes Dashboarding, sales force sizing and structuring, Territory alignment, customised excel solutions. These have included projects for blue chip clients in the US and the UK where Rupesh managed large teams. Soham Paul
Co-Founder and Director, Marketing Analytics
Soham comes with a background in marketing analytics with specific functional expertise in commercial opportunity assessment, BD&L search and assessment, competitive intelligence and forecasting. He has previously worked with SmartAnalyst, a life science analytics firm and with Novartis as a Sr. Consultant in Forecasting. Soham has experience of working with global clients and stakeholders across cultures. He has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) from IIT, Kharagpur, India. Abhay Jha
Director, Data Analysis & Incentive Compensation Practice
Abhay has more than 5 years of experience with leading technology and pharmaceutical consulting firms. His functional expertise includes Incentive Compensation Administration, Sales Forecasting and Data Driven Analytics. Before joining Value Edge, he worked with IBM and ZS Associates solving complex and varied technology and business problems for clients. This included work for 4 of the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies in the US, Latin America, China and India. Abhay has a B.Tech (H) from IIT, Kharagpur, India.
