Rohit Anand
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Rohit has 17 years of strategic marketing, market development and business development across India, Europe and the US. His areas of functional expertise include market pre-launch and launch management, competitive intelligence and performance management, with a focus on pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical sectors. He has previously worked for Biogen Idec in New Dehi, Sanofi-Aventis in Paris, Amgen International in Lucerne and Ranbaxy Laboratories in New Delhi. Rohit has an MBA from INSEAD, France, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business from the Institute of Management Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Delhi University. Rupesh Mor
Co-Founder and Director Sales Analytics
Rupesh has around 10 years of management experience, the last 5 of which have been in cutting edge Pharma sales analytic solutions with MarketRx/Cognizant including predictive & mathematical modeling. Rupesh's functional expertise includes Dashboarding, sales force sizing and structuring, Territory alignment, customised excel solutions. These have included projects for blue chip clients in the US and the UK where Rupesh managed large teams. Tanuja Kehar
Co-Founder and Director-Client Services
Tanuja has 12 years of operational and management experience of which 8 years has been in the Outsourcing Industry in India, US, UK and Philippines. Her areas of functional expertise include Marketing, Brand Management and Corporate Communications. She has previously worked as the Global Head of Communications, DBOI Global Services (India, US and UK), Deutsche Bank and the Head of Communications at IBM Daksh ( India and Philippines ). She has also worked with Infosys BPO in Bangalore and Genpact ( earlier GECIS ) in Gurgaon. Dr Rakshit Sharma
Director - North America
Rakshit has more than 10 years of international healthcare experience. His previous assignment was with a healthcare-consulting firm where he launched their Competitive Intelligence practice in North America. He consulted for numerous large and small healthcare companies including Merck, Johnson & Johnson, BMS, Pfizer, etc. He is a physician by training, having completed his medical training from L.T.M. Medical College, Mumbai, India and an MBA from Duke University specializing in health sector management. During his MBA he worked with Duke Asset Management Company (DUMAC) as a healthcare analyst. Prior to his MBA, Rakshit was a public health consultant and worked with a USAID sponsored public health project focused on reducing infant and maternal mortality in India.
