Our client, a top 5 Big Pharma's international headquarters was looking to make effective resource allocation decisions across multiple geographies that constituted an internal "region". The client called Value Edge to collate and clean data from multiple affiliates using a template that had been created in house. Value Edge then analyzed the data and delivered a presentation that was used for an internal business review meeting.
