The Challenge
Our client was a mid sized US based pharma company. The company had identified possible disease areas/TA's that were of interest to them and the Phase where they wanted to make an acquisition as a part of their
growth strategy. Client also wanted to identify, screen and assess VC assets.
Our Deliverable
Screening of Phase II and above licensing opportunities combining multiple databases. Additionally screening VC portofolio's of top 50 life science VC's in both the US and Europe. Identifying and discussing opportunities with client through first pass. Subsequently developing a clinical and commercial attractiveness score and presenting final shortlist with recommendations to client.
