Neil Hughes
Vice President, Intelliject Pharmaceuticals
Neil is a 20 year veteran the global pharmaceutical/biotech industry. He started his career at Eli Lilly, where he spent 14 years and was closely involved in the pre-launch planning, launch and commercialization of a number of blockbuster pharmaceuticals. Thereafter he joined Amgen where he was Executive Director, Marketing, based in their international headquarters in Switzerland. In this role he had commercial responsibility outside of North America and Japan for the bone and inflammation portfolio, as well as for all new products. Neil has been active in healthcare policy development, and in the implementation and management of many commercial partnerships between pharmaceuticals/biotech companies including in- and out-licensing, promotional swaps, joint venture and contract sales.
Currently, Neil is Vice President, Marketing, at Intelliject, Inc a US based specialty pharmaceutical company focused on drug/device combination products. He is responsible for strategic, corporate and product marketing as well as for strategic planning.
He holds a law degree from the University of Glasgow in Scotland and an MBA from Indiana University in the US where he was recipient of the Dean's Merit Award. .
Sanjeev Bikhchandani

Sanjeev Bikhchandani has been an entrepreneur since 1990. He is the co-founder of Info Edge. Info Edge runs Naukri.com, India's leading job site besides other web sites like Jeevansathi.com, 99acres.com, Brijj.com, Allcheckdeals.com, Naukrigulf.com, Shiksha.com, and Firstnaukri.com. Info Edge also runs Quadrangle which is an executive search and selection business. It was the first Internet company to list on the Indian stock exchanges. Info Edge employs around 1500 people and generated revenues of approxly USD 60 Mln last year. Sanjeev, along with his partner Hitesh Oberoi, won the "Ernst and Young - Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2008 for Business Transformation. He also won the Dataquest Pathbreaker Award & the Teacher's Achievement Award for Business in 2008. Sanjeev is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship at conferences and at business schools, He is a Board Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs in Delhi and also a member of the Global Board of Trustees of The Indus Entrepreneurs. Sanjeev has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and he studied Economics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
Kanwarjit Singh
MD, MBA
Kanwarjit Singh is currently Medical Leader for the Clinical Innovations team at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, a Johnson and Johnson operating company. After initially working as a physician, Kanwarjit has had a 16 year career in the biomedical sector. He worked as the strategy consultant at McKinsey and at Glaxo, Amgen and Bayer leading initiatives in the commercial, product development, planning and business development areas. Subsequently he was a member of the Global Health team at the Gates Foundation, developing and delivering public health solutions to underserved populations. He was also concurrently an affiliate assistant professor at the University of Washington.
He has an avid interest in both scientific innovation and policy issues relating to medicine and is active in several industry groups. He sits on the boards of the World Affairs Councils of America and the International Biomedical Research Alliance.
He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in physics from St Stephen's College, Delhi and a Master's in economics from Oxford University and subsequently received an MBA from the Sloan School at MIT and MD from Columbia University. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
